2023 NYGAP Annual Conference (In-Person)

November 2-3, 2023 | Syracuse, NY

Registration is $100 and includes access to all conference sessions, a light breakfast on both conference days, catered lunch and evening event on November 2nd.

The conference will take place at Syracuse University and is hosted by the Falk College of Sport & Human Dynamics.

Submit a Proposal to Present:

Members are encouraged to submit a proposal to present at the fall conference. Presentations can include roundtable discussions, panels or full presentations. Submission are due by October 6, 2023 via this link.


Hotel Information:

A block of rooms has been secured with the Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor for both Wednesday, November 1st and Thursday, November 2nd. The rate for a room with our block is $116 per night.

Social @ Harvey’s Garden

Our Thursday evening social will be held at Harvey’s Garden (1200 East Water Street, Syracuse, NY 13210) from 5- 8pm. NYGAP has reserved the second floor for our event. Parking is free and located directly outside the venue.
